Reliance has a few custom or upgraded components such as the boom(stronger than standard), bow pulpit, as well as a number of rope clutches to secure halyards and other control lines.
The deck on Reliance is weathered but fully functional. With some TLC and lots of elbow grease it would shine like a new boat.

New standing rigging 2006. New lifelines in 2004. New blocks and running rigging 2005. The deck hardware is in good working shape. Winches are Barlows and are in fine shape. New bottom and topside paint 7/2010.

The Pineapple Sails main sail was new in 2005. It has a Light Air shelf, Flattening Reef Point, and a single Heavy Air Reef Point. The 3 head sails are worn but usable. The 2 spinnakers are in fine shape.
The Nissan 6hp 4-stroke motor was new in 2003, and runs fine. The engine mounts in an engine well in the covered aft deck. When not is use, the motor is pulled from the well and stored within the aft deck compartment.
Interior is a bit rough. New cabin seat cushion 2008. Recent wood paneling. Has a porta-pottie. Whale-Gusher bilge pump.
